रायपुर(दि.31जानेवारी):-अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा से संबद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा ने कल मोदी सरकार द्वारा अपने कार्यकाल में पेश किए जाने वाले अंतिम बजट में सभी फसलों के लिए सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना समर्थन मूल्य देने की घोषणा करने की मांग की है। वर्ष 2014 में यह भाजपा का चुनावी वादा था, जिसे अभी तक भाजपा सरकार ने पूरा नहीं किया है। सवा साल चले किसान आंदोलन की भी यही प्रमुख मांग थी, जिसे मोदी द्वारा पूरा करने की लिखित गारंटी के बाद खत्म किया गया था। किसान सभा ने कहा है कि यदि मोदी सरकार अपनी इस गारंटी को पूरा नहीं करती, तो प्रदेश में किसान “लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को वोट नहीं” अभियान चलाएंगे।
आज यहां जारी एक बयान में छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के संयोजक संजय पराते ने कहा है कि मोदी सरकार जो समर्थन मूल्य घोषित करती है, वह ए-2 आधारित है, जबकि देश का किसान सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना समर्थन मूल्य देने की कानूनी गारंटी की मांग कर रहा है, जिसकी सिफारिश स्वामीनाथन आयोग ने की है।
उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2023-24 में धान के लिए सी-2आधारित समर्थन मूल्य 4234 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल था, जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा की राज्य सरकार ने इनपुट सब्सिडी के साथ 3100 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल की दर पर खरीदने की घोषणा की है। यदि औसत उत्पादकता 25 क्विंटल प्रति एकड़ मानी जाए, तो प्रदेश के किसानों को एक सीजन में ही 28350 रूपये प्रति एकड़ का नुकसान हो रहा है। इसलिए देश का किसान आंदोलन सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना समर्थन मूल्य देने की मांग करके किसी विशेषाधिकार की मांग नहीं कर रहा है। वह केवल अपने उस नुकसान की भरपाई की मांग कर रहा है, जिसके बिना उसका जिंदा रहना मुश्किल हो गया है, उसकी आय लगातार गिर रही है, वह कर्ज के दलदल में फंस रहा है और अपने सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए आत्महत्या करने पर मजबूर है।
किसान सभा नेता ने कहा कि भाजपा तथाकथित “मोदी गारंटी” का पूरे देश में प्रचार कर रही है। अब देखना यह है कि दस सालों बीतने के बाद भी मोदी अपने चुनावी वादे और लिखित आश्वासन को इस बार के बजट में पूरा करते हैं या नहीं। पराते ने कहा कि यदि मोदी सरकार अपनी इस गारंटी को पूरा नहीं करती, तो प्रदेश में किसान सभा अन्य संगठनों के साथ मिलकर “लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को वोट नहीं” अभियान चलाएगी।

Raipur. Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha, affiliated to All India Kisan Sabha, has demanded the announcement of support price of one and a half times the C-2 cost for all crops in the last budget during its tenure to be presented by the Modi government tomorrow. This was the election promise of BJP in the year 2014, which has not been fulfilled by the BJP government till now. This was also the main demand of the farmers’ movement that lasted for 15 months, which was ended after Modi gave a written guarantee to fulfill it. Kisan Sabha has said that if the Modi government does not fulfill its guarantee, then the farmers in the state will launch a campaign “No Vote for BJP in the Lok Sabha Elections.”
In a statement issued here today, Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha convenor Sanjay Parate has said that the support price declared by the Modi government is based on A-2, whereas the country’s farmers are demanding for legally guaranteed one and a half times the support price of C-2 cost, which has been recommended by the Swaminathan Commission.
He said that the C-2 based support price for paddy in the year 2023-24 was Rs 4234 per quintal, whereas the BJP state government in Chhattisgarh has announced to purchase it at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal with input subsidy. If the average productivity is considered to be 25 quintals per acre, then the farmers of the state are facing a loss of Rs 28350 per acre in one season. Therefore, the country’s farmer movement is not demanding any privilege by demanding support price of one and a half times the C-2 cost. Farmers are only demanding compensation for their loss, without which it has become difficult for them to survive, their income is continuously falling, they are getting trapped in the quagmire of debt and are forced to commit suicide to protect their honour.
The Kisan Sabha leader said that BJP is promoting the so-called Modi guarantee in the entire country. Now it remains to be seen whether even after ten years, Modi fulfills his election promises and written assurances in this budget or not. Parate said that if the Modi government does not fulfill its guarantee, then the Kisan Sabha along with other organizations in the state will run a campaign “No Vote for BJP in the Lok Sabha Elections”.
