रायपुर(दि.30जानेवारी):-छत्तीसगढ़ में संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा से जुड़े संगठनों ने मोर्चा के देशव्यापी आह्वान पर 16 फरवरी को ‘छत्तीसगढ़ ग्रामीण बंद’ का आह्वान किया है। संयुक्त मोर्चा ने इसी दिन ट्रेड यूनियनों के संयुक्त मंच के देशव्यापी आह्वान पर होने वाली मजदूरों और कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल का भी समर्थन करने का निर्णय लिया है।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा की समन्वय समिति की बैठक के बाद आज यहां जारी एक बयान में मोर्चा ने कहा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ में ग्रामीण बंद का आयोजन फसलों के सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना लाभकारी समर्थन मूल्य देने, सभी गरीब किसानों को बैंकिंग और साहूकारी कर्ज से मुक्त करने, बिजली क्षेत्र के निजीकरण और स्मार्ट मीटर लगाने की परियोजना पर रोक लगाने जैसे अखिल भारतीय मुद्दों के साथ ही प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की लूट पर रोक लगाने, हसदेव के जंगलों का विनाश रोकने, बस्तर में आदिवासियों पर हो रही राज्य प्रायोजित हिंसा पर रोक लगाने, एसईसीएल सहित अन्य उद्योगों में अधिग्रहण प्रभावित लोगों को नौकरी देने तथा मानवीय सुविधाओं के साथ भूविस्थापितों का पुनर्वास करने, मनरेगा, पेसा और वनाधिकार कानून का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन करने जैसे राज्य स्तरीय मुद्दे और जन समुदाय की स्थानीय मांगों को केंद्र में रखकर किया जाएगा।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने प्रदेश के किसानों से 16 फरवरी को ग्रामीण बंद के दिन दुकानें और मंडियां बंद कर, पूरे गांव की गतिविधियों को रोक कर और बड़े पैमाने पर स्थानीय प्रदर्शन में शामिल होकर को बंद को सफल बनाने की अपील की है। बैठक में बंद को सफल बनाने के लिए गांव-गांव में पर्चा वितरण, ग्रामीण बैठकों और नुक्कड़ सभाओं के जरिए सघन जन संपर्क अभियान चलाने का भी निर्णय लिया गया।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने 16 फरवरी को ही ट्रेड यूनियनों के संयुक्त मंच द्वारा आहूत मजदूरों और कर्मचारियों की देशव्यापी हड़ताल का समर्थन किया है। यह हड़ताल 26,000 रुपये प्रति माह न्यूनतम वेतन निर्धारित करने, 4 श्रम संहिताओं को निरस्त करने, रेलवे, रक्षा, बिजली सहित सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों के निजीकरण पर रोक लगाने, पुरानी पेंशन योजना को बहाल करने और सभी तबकों के लिए पेंशन और सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने जैसी मांगों पर आयोजित की जा रही है। संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने इन मांगों का समर्थन करते हुए कहा है कि मजदूरों और किसानों के संयुक्त संघर्षों के कारण ही भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाली केंद्र सरकार की दमनकारी और विभाजनकारी नीतियों के खिलाफ़ एमएसपी, रोजगार, न्यूनतम मजदूरी, ऋण माफी और गरीबी सहित लोगों की आजीविका के मुद्दे राजनीतिक विमर्श के मुद्दे बने हैं। आने वाले दिनों में इस एकता और संघर्ष को और मजबूत किया जाएगा, ताकि कॉर्पोरेटपरस्त सांप्रदायिक ताकतों को परास्त करके आम जनता के लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों, संविधान और इसमें निहित मूल्यों और सद्भाव व भाईचारे की रक्षा की जा सकें।

Raipur. Organizations associated with the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha in Chhattisgarh have called for ‘Chhattisgarh Rural Bandh’ on 16th February on the nationwide call of the Morcha. The SKM has also decided to support the strike of workers and employees to be held on the same day on the nationwide call of the Joint Platform of Trade Unions.
In a statement issued here today after the meeting of the coordination committee of the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, the Morcha has said that the rural bandh will be organized in Chhattisgarh with the focus of nation wide issues like to provide beneficial support price of one and a half times the C-2 cost of crops, to waive banking and private loans to all the poor farmers, banning the power sector privatization and smart meter installation project ; and state level issues like stopping the plunder of natural resources, stopping the destruction of Hasdeo forests, stopping the state-sponsored violence against tribals in Bastar, providing jobs to land acquisition affected people and rehabilitation of displaced people with humanitarian facilities, effective implementation of MNREGA, PESA and Forest Rights Act and the demands of the local community.
Samyukt Kisan Morcha has appealed to the farmers of the state to make the bandh successful by closing shops and markets on the day of rural bandh on 16th February, stopping the activities of the entire village and participating in local demonstrations on a large scale. To make the bandh successful, it was also decided to run an intensive public contact campaign through leaflet distribution, rural meetings and street meetings in every village.
Samyukta Kisan Morcha has supported the nationwide strike of workers and employees called by the joint platform of trade unions on 16th February itself. The strike is being organized on demands like minimum wage of Rs 26,000 per month, repeal of 4 labor codes, ban on privatization of public sector undertakings including railways, defence and electricity, restoration of the old pension scheme and ensuring pension and social security for all sections. Supporting these demands, Kisan Morcha has said that it is due to the joint struggles of workers and farmers against the repressive and divisive policies of the BJP led Central Government that people’s livelihood issues including MSP, employment, minimum wage, loan waiver and poverty have become issues of political discussion. In the coming days, this unity and struggle will be further strengthened, so that the democratic rights of the common people, the Constitution and the values contained in it, and harmony and brotherhood can be protected by defeating the dirty politics of pro-corporate communal forces.
