रायपुर(दि.21ऑक्टोबर):-छत्तीसगढ़ बचाओ आंदोलन, छत्तीसगढ़ मुक्ति मोर्चा और जन संघर्ष मोर्चा से जुड़े विभिन्न जन संगठनों का साझा मंच विधानसभा और लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को हराने पूरे प्रदेश में अभियान चलाएगा। इन संगठनों ने आरएसएस-भाजपा द्वारा प्रदेश में सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरण करने के प्रयासों की कड़ी निंदा की है तथा कहा है कि स्वाधीनता संग्राम में अंग्रेजों का साथ देने वाला और महात्मा गांधी की हत्या के लिए जिम्मेदार संघी गिरोह आज भी देश जोड़ने का नहीं, तोड़ने का काम कर रहा है।
जल, जंगल, जमीन और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की कॉरपोरेट लूट के खिलाफ, पेसा कानून और ग्राम सभा की सर्वोच्चता के पक्ष में और नागरिक अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए निरंतर संघर्ष चलाने वाले इन जन संगठनों की कल हुई बैठक में प्रतिनिधियों की राय थी कि भाजपा कवर्धा, साजा और आरंग की घटनाओं को केंद्र में रखकर अपनी सांप्रदायिक नफरत की मुहिम को आगे बढ़ाना चाह रही है और इसके खिलाफ शांति और सौहार्द्र की रक्षा के लिए सभी जनसंगठन मिलकर अभियान चलाएंगे।
इन संगठनों का कहना है कि अपने 15 सालों के राज में भाजपा ने केवल सांप्रदायिक मुद्दों पर राजनीति की, कॉरपोरेटपरस्त नीतियों को लागू किया था, और आम जनता की बुनियादी समस्याओं को हल करने की उसने कोई कोशिश नहीं की। आज भी वह देश की सार्वजनिक संपदा को कॉरपोरेट घरानों को सौंपने की ही नीति पर चल रही है। वह बड़े पैमाने पर लोकतांत्रिक संस्थाओं पर, संविधान और उसके मूल्यों पर हमला कर रही है और एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष राष्ट्र को हिंदू राष्ट्र में बदलने का लक्ष्य लेकर चल रही है। इस प्रकार भाजपा एक वैज्ञानिक चेतना से संपन्न समाज की जगह मनुवाद पर आधारित बर्बर और असभ्य समाज की स्थापना का करना चाहती है।
इन संगठनों का कहना है कि बस्तर की संपदा की कॉरपोरेट लूट के खिलाफ आदिवासी समुदाय शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से लड़ रहा है। उनके आंदोलनों को तोड़ने के लिए भाजपा आर एस एस शातिराना ढंग से धर्म के आधार पर विभाजित कर रही है और पेसा कानून की गलत व्याख्या करके उन्हें नागरिक अधिकारों से वंचित करने की घृणित मुहिम चला रही है। यह भाजपा की केंद्र सरकार ही है, जो वनों की कॉरपोरेट लूट को आसान बनाने के लिए वनाधिकार कानून और वन संरक्षण कानून में आदिवासी विरोधी संशोधन कर रही है और पेसा कानून को कमजोर कर रही है। भाजपा के इन कदमों से जंगलों से आदिवासियों का अलगाव और विस्थापन बढ़ रहा है। पिछले भाजपा राज में आदिवासी विरोधी सलवा जुडूम अभियान इसीलिए चलाया गया था।
बस्तर के सशस्त्रीकरण के इस अभियान के चलते लाखों आदिवासियों को अपने गांव-घरों से विस्थापित किया गया था, सैकड़ों गांव जलाए गए थे, सैकड़ों महिलाओं से बलात्कार किया गया था, कईयों की हत्याएं हुई हैं। इस उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ आदिवासी समुदाय आज भी न्याय पाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है। विपक्ष में रहते हुए भी भाजपा ने कभी आदिवासियों के उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ और उनके अधिकारों के पक्ष में आवाज बुलंद नहीं की।
इन जन संगठनों का कहना है कि भाजपा-आरएसएस की फासीवादी-सांप्रदायिक नीतियों को परास्त करने के लिए तात्कालिक जरूरत यह है कि उसे विधानसभा और लोकसभा के चुनावों में परास्त किया जाएं, ताकि अपने घृणित मंसूबों के लिए वह सत्ता की मशीनरी का दुरुपयोग न कर सके। इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखकर सभी जन संगठन चुनावों में भाजपा की हार को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एकजुट होकर अभियान चलाएंगे। अपने इस अभियान के दौरान वे छत्तीसगढ़ के जल, जंगल, जमीन की लूट, आदिवासियों के संवैधानिक अधिकारों का उल्लंघन, बस्तर में फर्जी मुठभेड़ और गिरफ्तारियों के मुद्दो को तथा संविधान और लोकतंत्र के बुनियादी मूल्यों और नागरिक अधिकारों पर संघी गिरोह द्वारा किए जा रहे हमले के मुद्दे को प्रमुखता से उठाएंगे।
जन संगठनों की बैठक में जनक लाल ठाकुर (छत्तीसगढ़ मुक्ति मोर्चा), विजय भाई, आलोक शुक्ला (छत्तीसगढ़ बचाओ आंदोलन), संजय पराते (छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा), कलादास डहरिया (छत्तीसगढ़ मुक्ति मोर्चा – मजदूर कार्यकर्ता समिति), लखन सुबोध (गुरु घासीदास सेवादार संघ), सौरा यादव (क्रांतिकारी किसान सभा), तुहिन देव, प्रसाद राव (जन संघर्ष मोर्चा), सोमनाथ उसेंडी (रावघाट संघर्ष समिति), रमाकांत बंजारे (संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा) सहित विभिन्न जनवादी संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि मौजूद थे।
*Joint platform of mass organizations will run a campaign to defeat BJP*

The joint platform of various mass organizations associated with Chhattisgarh Bachao Andolan, Chhattisgarh Mukti Morcha and Jan Sangharsh Morcha will campaign in the entire state to defeat the BJP in the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. These organizations have strongly condemned the efforts of RSS-BJP to create communal polarization in the state and have said that the Sanghi gang, which supported the British in the freedom struggle and was responsible for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi, is still trying not to unite the country but to break it.
In yesterday’s meeting of these mass organizations which have been waging a continuous struggle against the corporate plunder of water, forest, land and natural resources, in favor of PESA and supremacy of Gram Sabha and to protect civil rights, the representatives were of the opinion that BJP is trying to carry forward its campaign of communal hatred by keeping the incidents of Kawardha, Saja and Arang at the center and all mass organizations will jointly campaign against it to protect peace and harmony.
These organizations say that during its 15 years of rule, BJP did politics only on communal issues, implemented pro-corporate policies, and made no efforts to solve the basic problems of the common people. Even today it is following the policy of handing over the country’s public property to corporate houses. It is attacking democratic institutions, the Constitution and its values on a large scale and is aiming to convert a secular nation into a Hindu Rashtra. Thus, instead of a society rich in scientific consciousness, BJP wants to establish a barbaric and uncivilized society based on Manuism.
These organizations say that the tribal community is fighting peacefully against the corporate loot of Bastar’s wealth. To break their movements, BJP and RSS are viciously dividing them on the basis of religion and running a despicable campaign to deprive them of their civil rights by misinterpreting the PESA law. It is the BJP central government which is making anti-tribal amendments in the Forest Rights Act and Forest Conservation Act and weakening the PESA law to facilitate corporate plunder of forests. Due to these steps of BJP, the alienation and displacement of tribals from the forests is increasing. This is why the anti-tribal Salwa Judum campaign was launched during the previous BJP rule.
Due to this campaign of arming Bastar, lakhs of tribals were displaced from their villages, hundreds of villages were burnt, hundreds of women were raped and many were murdered. The tribal community is still struggling to get justice against this oppression. Despite being in opposition, BJP never raised its voice against the oppression of tribals or in favour of their rights.
These mass organizations say that to defeat the fascist-communal policies of BJP-RSS, the immediate need is to defeat them in the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, so that they do not misuse the machinery of power for their nefarious designs. Could. Keeping this objective in mind, all the mass organizations will unite and campaign to ensure the defeat of BJP in the elections. During their united campaign, they will highlight the issues of looting of water, forest and land of Chhattisgarh, violation of constitutional rights of tribals, fake encounter and arrests in Bastar and the attacks being carried out by the Sanghi gang on the basic values of the Constitution and democracy and civil rights. These issues will be raised prominently.
In the meeting of mass organizations, representatives of various democratic mass organizations including Janak Lal Thakur (Chhattisgarh Mukti Morcha), Vijay Bhai, Alok Shukla (Chhattisgarh Bachao Andolan), Sanjay Parate (Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha), Kaladas Dahria (Chhattisgarh Mukti Morcha – Majdoor karykarta samiti), Lakhan Subodh (Guru Ghasidas Sevadar Sangh), Saura Yadav (Krantikari Kisan Sabha), Tuhin Dev, Prasad Rao (Jan Sangharsh Morcha), Somnath Usendi (Raoghat Sangharsh Samiti), Ramakant Banjare (United Kisan Morcha) were present.
