कोरबा(दि.14जानेवारी):-संविधान, लोकतंत्र, भाईचारा और धर्मनिरपेक्षता के मूल्यों की रक्षा करने के लिए पूरे प्रदेश में घर-घर व्यापक पैमाने पर अभियान चलाकर 26 जनवरी को ट्रैक्टर रैलियां आयोजित करने, किसानों को एकजुट करके उनकी रोजी-रोटी के सवालों पर आयोजित ‘ग्रामीण भारत बंद ‘ के आह्वान को सफल करने और आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा की हार को सुनिश्चित करने के आह्वान के साथ छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा की कोरबा और सरगुजा क्षेत्र में सांगठनिक बैठकें बांकी मोंगरा और कल्याणपुर में 11 और 12 जनवरी को संपन्न हुई। इन बैठकों में अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा के संयुक्त सचिव और छत्तीसगढ़ प्रभारी द्वय अवधेश कुमार तथा बादल सरोज और छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के संयोजक संजय पराते भी उपस्थित थे। कोरबा क्षेत्र के बैठक की अध्यक्षता जवाहर सिंह कंवर ने और सरगुजा क्षेत्र के बैठक की अध्यक्षता माधो सिंह ने की।
इन बैठकों में किसान सभा के नेता अवधेश कुमार ने मोदी सरकार की कॉर्पोरेटपरस्त और किसान विरोधी कृषि नीतियों पर विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला, जिसके कारण हमारे देश में कृषि संकट बढ़ गया है और बड़े पैमाने पर किसान आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं। इन नीतियों के खिलाफ मजदूर-किसान एकता के आधार पर विकसित हो रहे देशव्यापी प्रतिरोध को भी उन्होंने रेखांकित किया, जिसके कारण मोदी सरकार को अपने किसान विरोधी कानूनों को वापस लेने पर मजबूर होना पड़ा। उन्होंने कहा कि जब तक किसानों को सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना समर्थन मूल्य नहीं मिलता तथा उन्हें कर्जमुक्त नहीं किया जाता, उनकी स्थिति में कोई सुधार नहीं होगा। लेकिन मोदी राज में किसानों की आय दुगुनी होने के बजाय राम के नाम पर सांप्रदायिक उन्माद को दुगुना किया जा रहा है, जिसके कारण आजादी की लड़ाई में विकसित भाईचारा, लोकतंत्र और संवैधानिक मूल्य ही खतरे में पड़ गए हैं। इसका मुकाबला आम जनता की व्यापक लामबंदी के आधार पर उनकी रोटी-रोजी के सवालों पर संघर्ष तेज करके ही किया जा सकता है।
बादल सरोज ने किसान कार्यकर्ताओं का ध्यान प्रदेश में जल, जंगल, जमीन और खनिज की हो रही लूट की ओर खींचा तथा हसदेव बचाने के लिए, बस्तर में आदिवासियों पर हो रहे दमन के खिलाफ, सोसाईटियों में धान खरीदी में हो रहे भ्रष्टाचार, मनरेगा में रोजगार, पेसा व वनाधिकार कानून के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन आदि मुद्दों पर गांव-गांव में अभियान चलाने और आंदोलन विकसित करने पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे देश में संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा और ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के साथ मिलकर किसान सभा आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा गठबंधन की हार को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए काम करेगी।
इन बैठकों में व्यापक सदस्यता अभियान चलाकर किसान सभा की ग्रामीण इकाईयां गठित करने, तहसील और जिलों के सम्मेलन आयोजित करने के बाद फरवरी अंत में किसान सभा का 5वां राज्य सम्मेलन आयोजित करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। किसान सभा ने बिना किसी वैकल्पिक योजना के पिछली कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा लागू सामाजिक कल्याण योजनाओं पर भाजपा सरकार द्वारा रोक लगाए जाने की निंदा की है और न्याय योजना के तहत बजट में किसानों के लिए स्वीकृत इनपुट सब्सिडी को वितरित करने की मांग की है। किसान सभा ने किसानों का धान 3100 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल की दर से सोसाईटियों में खरीदने का आदेश जारी किए जाने की भी मांग की है। छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा की इन बैठकों में हसदेव क्षेत्र के सभी कोयला ब्लॉकों का आबंटन रद्द करने तथा विधानसभा में सर्वसम्मति से पारित प्रस्ताव का पालन करने की भी मांग की गई।
*Organizational meetings of Kisan Sabha : Call for Success of ‘Gramin Bharat Bandh’ on 16th February and defeat BJP in Lok Sabha elections*
Korba/Ambikapur. To protect the the Constitutional values, democracy, brotherhood and secular ideology, a door-to-door mass campaign will organize in the entire state ; on the call of Sanyukta Kisan Morcha, on 26 January tractor rallies will organize and on 16 February, ‘Gramin Bharat Bandh’ will organised on the livelihood issues of farmers and rural poor. These compaign and movement will ensure the defeat of BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. With these aims, the organizational meetings of Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha in Korba and Surguja area was held in Banki Mongra and Kalyanpur on 11 and 12 January. All India Kisan Sabha Joint Secretaries and Chhattisgarh in-charge awadhesh Kumar and Badal Saroj and Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha convenor Sanjay Parate also jointly participated in these meetings. Korba area meeting was chaired by Jawaharlal Singh Kanwar and Surguja area meeting was chaired by Madho Singh.
In these meetings, Kisan Sabha leader awadhesh Kumar highlighted the pro-corporate and anti-farmer agricultural policies of the Modi government, due to which the agricultural crisis has increased in our country and farmers are committing suicide on a large scale. The countrywide resistance is developing on the basis of workers-peasantry unity, due to which the Modi government was forced to withdraw its anti-farmer laws. He said that unless the farmers are given C-2 cost based MSP and they are made debt free, there will be no improvement in the livelihood condition of farmers. But under Modi rule, instead of doubling the income of farmers, communal frenzy is being promoted in the name of Ram, due to which brotherhood, democracy and constitutional values of our freedom struggles are in danger. This can be countered only by intensifying the struggle on the issues of their livelihood on the basis of widespread mobilization of the common people.
Badal Saroj drew the attention of the Kisan Sabha activists towards the looting of water, forests, land and minerals in the state and called for developing the struggles to save Hasdev, the injustice being done against the Bastar tribes, the loot of farmers in the paddy procurement in the societies, Influential implementation of MNREGA, PESA and Forest Rights Act etc. He said that the Sanyukta Kisan Morcha and the trade union movement across the country will work together to ensure the defeat of the BJP alliance in the upcoming elections.
In these meetings, it was decided to organize a massive membership campaign. It was decided to organize the 5th State Conference of Kisan Sabha at the end of February. The Kisan Sabha has condemned the stoppage of the social welfare schemes of the previous Congress government without any alternative plan by the BJP Government and has demanded to distribute the input subsidy. Kisan Sabha has demanded to issue orders for paddy purchasing in societies at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal. In these meetings of Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha, a demand was also made to cancel the allocation of all the coal blocks of Hasdev area and to put a proposal in the assembly.
