🔹CPI(M) expressed objection on the curtailment of Scrutiny Committee

रायपुर। मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ने दूरदर्शन में राजनैतिक पार्टियों के चुनाव प्रसारण के ड्राफ्ट की स्क्रूटिनी के लिए बनाई गई समिति द्वारा पार्टी राज्य सचिवमंडल के सदस्य संजय पराते के ड्राफ्ट में की गई काट-छांट पर अपनी गहरी आपत्ति जताई है।
पार्टी ने कहा है कि सांप्रदायिकता, सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरण, कॉर्पोरेट और कॉर्पोरेट लूट जैसे शब्द किसी भी रूप में चुनावी प्रसारण हेतु तय संहिता का उल्लंघन नहीं करते, क्योंकि यह राजनैतिक शब्दावली है। स्क्रूटिनी समिति ने माकपा नेता के ड्राफ्ट के अधिकांश हिस्सों पर इन शब्दों पर कैंची चलाई है। इससे आम जनता के लिए पार्टी के राजनैतिक संदेश की गंभीरता ही कम हो जाती है।
नारायणपुर और कोंडागांव क्षेत्र में आदिवासियों पर हो रहे हमलों और उन्हें आरक्षण की सूची से बाहर करने की मांग का विरोध करने से संबंधित समूचे पैरा को समिति ने काट दिया है। माकपा द्वारा इन चुनावों में भाजपा को हराने का स्पष्ट आह्वान किया गया है। इस आह्वान को भी स्क्रूटिनी समिति ने प्रसारित होने पर रोक लगाई है। माकपा ने कहा है कि इससे इस समिति के राजनैतिक झुकाव का ही प्रदर्शन होता है।
पार्टी ने स्क्रूटिनी समिति को आज एक पत्र लिखकर सूचित किया है कि ड्राफ्ट में इस प्रकार की काट-छांट के साथ इसे प्रसारित करना पार्टी द्वारा संभव नहीं है| माकपा ने समिति से इस ड्राफ्ट पर फिर से विचार करने की मांग की है। पार्टी ने इस पत्र की प्रतिलिपि चुनाव आयोग को भी प्रेषित की है।

Raipur. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has expressed its deep objection to the cuts made in the draft of party state secretariat member Sanjay Parate by the committee formed to scrutinize the draft of election broadcast of political parties in Doordarshan.
The party has said that words like communalism, communal polarization, corporate and corporate loot do not in any way violate the code laid down for election broadcasting, as these are political terminology. The scrutiny committee has scissored these words on most parts of the CPI(M) leader’s draft. This undermines the seriousness of the party’s political message to the mass.
The committee has deleted the entire paragraph related to the attacks on tribals in Narayanpur and Kondagaon areas and protesting against the demand to exclude them from the reservation list. CPI(M) has given a clear call to defeat BJP in these elections. The Scrutiny Committee has also banned this call from being broadcast. CPI(M) has said that this only reflects the political inclination of this committee.
The party has written a letter to the Scrutiny Committee today informing that it is not possible for the party to circulate the draft with such cuts. CPI(M) has demanded the committee to reconsider this draft. The party has also sent a copy of this letter to the Election Commission.
