रायपुर(दि.11फेब्रुवारी):-ट्रेड यूनियनों के संयुक्त मंच और संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के देशव्यापी आह्वान पर छत्तीसगढ़ में भी 16 फरवरी को औद्योगिक हड़ताल और ग्रामीण बंद का आयोजन किया जाएगा। विभिन्न ट्रेड यूनियनों और किसान संगठनों ने इस बंद को सफल बनाने की अपील की है। राज्य सरकार के कर्मचारियों और परिवहन मजदूरों के इस हड़ताल में शामिल होने का उन्होंने स्वागत किया है।
ट्रेड यूनियनों और संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा की एक बैठक के बाद जारी एक अपील में कहा गया है कि केंद्र और राज्य की भाजपा सरकार की नीतियां मजदूर-किसान विरोधी और कॉरपोरेटपरस्त है। इन नीतियों के कारण देश में महंगाई, गरीबी, बेरोजगारी बढ़ रही है और आम जनता की रोजी-रोटी खतरे में है। पिछले दस सालों में इस सरकार ने हर साल 2 करोड़ नौजवानों को रोजगार देने और किसानों को सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना समर्थन मूल्य देने सहित जितने भी वादे किए हैं, वे सब चुनावी जुमला साबित हुए हैं। आम जनता को राहत देने के लिए कदम उठाने के बजाए वह किसानों को बर्बाद करने वाली कृषि नीतियां लाती है, मजदूरों का अधिकार छीनने के लिए श्रम कानूनों को निरस्त करती है और उसकी जगह बंधुआ गुलामी को बढ़ाने वाली श्रम संहिता थोप रही है, संविधान के बुनियादी मूल्यों पर, लोगों के मानवाधिकारों और नागरिक अधिकारों पर हमले कर रही है।
मजदूर -किसान नेताओं ने कहा है कि देश में मेहनतकश जो भी संपदा पैदा कर रहा है, वह सब कॉर्पोरेटों की तिजोरी में कैद हो रहा है और आम जनता की बदहाली बढ़ रही है। आम जनता को राहत देने में अपनी असफलता को यह सरकार राष्ट्रवाद की लफ्फाजी की आड़ में छुपाना चाहती है और सांप्रदायिक उन्माद और विद्वेष फैलाकर आम जनता को विभाजित करना चाहती है।
उन्होंने कहा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा सरकार द्वारा पेश बजट में आम जनता के बुनियादी अधिकारों को सुनिश्चित करने के बारे में कोई बात नहीं है, सरकारी विभागों के खाली पदों को भरने, असंगठित क्षेत्र में मजदूरों को न्यूनतम मजदूरी देने, मनरेगा का विस्तार करने जैसे कोई कदम नहीं उठाए गए हैं, बल्कि मोदी गारंटी के नाम पर जिन चुनावी जुमलों को परोसा गया है, उसके लिए भी पर्याप्त आबंटन नहीं किया गया है। विभिन्न योजनाओं पर ऐसी शर्तें थोप दी गई हैं कि आम जनता का बड़ा हिस्सा इसके दायरे के बाहर हो जाए। इस प्रकार यह बजट अपनी प्रकृति में ही कॉरपोरेटपरस्त है।
बैठक में सौरा यादव, एम के नंदी, जनकलाल ठाकुर, नरोत्तम शर्मा, विश्वजीत हरोड़े, तेजराम साहू, मारुति डोंगरे, केराराम मन्नेवार, बसंत साहू, बीसहत रे, संजय पराते आदि मजदूर-किसान नेता शामिल थे। उन्होंने बताया कि हसदेव में वनों का विनाश रोकने, प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की कॉर्पोरेट लूट रोकने, पेसा और वनाधिकार कानून का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन करने, बस्तर में आदिवासियों पर हो रहे ‘राज्य प्रायोजित’ अत्याचारों पर रोक लगाने, भूमि अधिग्रहण से प्रभावित लोगों को स्थाई रोजगार देने और उनका मानवीय सुविधाओं के साथ उनका उचित पुनर्वास करने, मनरेगा में 200 दिन काम और 600 रूपये मजदूरी देने आदि मांगें भी छत्तीसगढ़ बंद के आयोजन में जोड़ी गई है। स्थानीय स्तर की मांगों को जोड़कर व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार अभियान जारी है।

Raipur: On the nationwide call of the joint platform of trade unions and the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, an industrial strike and rural bandh will be organized in Chhattisgarh on 16 February. Various trade unions and farmer organizations have appealed to make this bandh successful. They welcomed the participation of state government employees and transport workers in this strike.
In an appeal issued after a meeting of trade unions and Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, it has been said that the policies of the BJP government at the Center and the state are anti-worker, anti-farmer and pro-corporate. Due to these policies, inflation, poverty, unemployment are increasing in the country and the livelihood of the common people is in danger. In the last ten years, all the promises made by this government, including providing employment to 2 crore youth every year and giving support price to farmers at one and a half times of the C-2 cost, have all proved to be election gimmicks. Instead of taking steps to provide relief to the common people, it brings agricultural policies that ruin the farmers, repeals labor laws to take away the rights of workers and is imposing a labor code that increases bonded slavery. It is attacking on the basic values of the Constitution, human and civil rights of the people.
Workers’ and farmer leaders have said that whatever wealth the working people are creating in the country is being captured in the coffers of the corporates and the plight of the common people is increasing. This government wants to hide its failure in providing relief to the common people under the guise of the rhetoric of nationalism and wants to divide the common people by spreading communal frenzy and hatred.
They have said that in the budget presented by the BJP government in Chhattisgarh, there is no talk about ensuring the basic rights of the people, filling vacant posts in government departments, giving minimum wages to workers in the unorganized sector, expanding MNREGA etc. No steps have been taken and in fact, adequate allocation has not been made even for the election gimmicks that have been served in the name of Modi guarantee. Such conditions have been imposed on various schemes that a large section of the masses remains outside its purview. Thus, this budget is pro-corporate in its very nature.
Worker and farmer leaders like Saura Yadav, MK Nandi, Janaklal Thakur, Narottam Sharma, Vishwajit Harode, Tejram Sahu, Maruti Dongre, Keraram Mannewar, Basant Sahu, Bishat Ray, Sanjay Parate etc. were present in the meeting. They told that the issues such as the efforts to stop the destruction of forests in Hasdev, to stop corporate plunder of natural resources, effective implementation of PESA and Forest Rights Act, to stop the ‘state sponsored’ atrocities on tribals in Bastar, and to provide permanent employment to the people affected by land acquisition and their demands for proper rehabilitation with human facilities, 200 days of work in MNREGA and Rs 600 as wages etc. have also been added to the Chhattisgarh bandh. A large scale publicity campaign is going on by linking the local level demands also to make succesful bandh.
